The zipper helps the parent to easily guide the child's thumb properly into position. The ties, which are sized to fit any wrist, prevent your toddler from removing their mittens during outdoor play.
The large cuff has been designed to be worn either inside or outside the sleeve of the jacket to prevent snow from getting in.
Warm and Dry you Will Stay
The outer layer is made from water resistant / windproof fleece. The fleece is soft and supple and prevents moisture from getting in and at the same time allows moisture to get out so the child's hand doesn't perspire.
The inside layer is a soft fleece made from 40% cotton for warmth and pliability.
The waterproof mitten has a middle layer made from nylon which prevents any moisture penetrating through to the hands. This layer also allows the outer layer of the mitten to dry in a very short time.
